Delhi NCR
HRMS software in Delhi NCR
Kuzhu is HR and payroll software for Delhi NCR companies: corporate offices and BPOs at Cyber City and Noida’s sectors 62 and 125, auto and electronics plants at Manesar, Noida and Faridabad, garment exporters at Okhla and Udyog Vihar, and the trading houses of old Delhi. Attendance, shifts and payroll with PF, ESI and TDS run on one record; neither Delhi, Haryana nor Uttar Pradesh levies professional tax, and each state’s welfare fund and holiday list is applied by branch.

What month end looks like in Delhi NCR
Three states inside one commute
The head office is in Delhi, the plant is in Manesar and the back office is in Noida; that is three labour departments, three holiday lists and three welfare fund rules, all for people who share a metro line and one HR team.
BPO shifts and cab rosters
A process running US hours has night shifts, week-offs that rotate, and a cab roster tied to the shift; the roster lives in one sheet, attendance in another, and the night allowance is reconciled by a team lead at month end.
Export units under the buyer’s eye
Garment exporters at Okhla and Udyog Vihar keep overtime within the buyer’s code of conduct, pay by the piece for finishing and by the month for sampling, and rebuild the wage register from slips before every audit.
With Kuzhu
How the modules answer it
Every module reads the same employee record, so nothing below is an integration; it is one system seen from four sides.

Branches that know which state they are in
Each branch carries its state, so the Delhi office, the Manesar plant and the Noida centre get the right welfare fund rule and holiday list automatically, and payroll runs once for the company with a state-wise summary for each deposit.
Employees & Org Structure module
Night shifts, rotating week-offs, allowances
Rotation patterns for processes on US and UK hours, week-offs that move with the rotation, night allowances flagged for payroll and the roster on every agent’s phone before the week begins, with swaps approved by the team lead.
Shifts & Rosters modulePlant gate, office desk, field route
Biometric devices at Manesar and Faridabad, web punch at Cyber City and GPS-tagged punches for sales staff across NCR, each judged by its own policy and shown on one muster the same day the punches happen.
Attendance module
PF, ESI and TDS without a PT column
No professional tax anywhere in NCR, so the run is PF with the EPS split, ESI within ₹21,000, TDS with declarations and both regimes, overtime and piece rate for the export units, and Delhi’s and Haryana’s welfare fund where they apply.

What is different about payroll in Delhi
PF, ESI and TDS are the same everywhere in India. These are the parts that follow the state, configured per branch so a company with people in two states runs both correctly.
Professional tax
Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh levy no professional tax, so no PT is deducted or filed for employees working anywhere in NCR; the slab tables on this site apply only to staff you post in states that do levy it.
Labour welfare fund
Delhi collects a very small labour welfare fund contribution from employee and employer twice a year, in June and December; Haryana collects a monthly contribution from both; Uttar Pradesh has no salary deduction for it. The rule is set per branch.
Shops & Establishments
Delhi offices register under the Delhi Shops and Establishments Act, 1954; Gurugram and Faridabad under the Punjab Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1958 as applied in Haryana; Noida and Ghaziabad under the Uttar Pradesh Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1962; factories in each fall under the Factories Act.
Holidays
Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh publish separate government holiday lists that overlap but do not match; each branch loads its state’s list by default, and export units that follow a buyer’s calendar can vary it per branch.
Professional tax in Delhi
Delhi does not levy professional tax; nothing is deducted.
- No PT deduction on any payslip
- No PT registration or return for this state
- Staff working in another state follow that state’s slab
Asked first
Questions Delhi NCR companies ask on the first call
Is professional tax deducted in Delhi, Gurugram or Noida?
No. Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh do not levy professional tax, so nothing is deducted for staff anywhere in NCR and no PT return is filed. If you also have employees in Mumbai, Bengaluru or Hyderabad, Kuzhu applies that state’s slab by work location and leaves the NCR payslips untouched.
We have offices in Delhi, Gurugram and Noida. Which rules apply where?
Each branch is set to its state. Delhi collects a small labour welfare fund contribution twice a year, Haryana a monthly one, and Uttar Pradesh none; Shops and Establishments registration is with the respective labour department; holiday lists differ. Kuzhu applies each by branch and the payroll runs once.
Do you have a team in Delhi NCR?
No. Kuzhu is built and supported from Udaipur. NCR implementations run over video in two to four weeks: data import, policy setup for each branch, training and a parallel payroll reconciled to the rupee before switching. After go-live, support is by phone, WhatsApp and email in Hindi or English.
Can it handle BPO shift rosters and night allowances?
Yes. Rotation patterns with rotating week-offs are assigned to whole teams and published to phones, every punch is judged against the rostered shift, and night allowances are flagged per day for payroll. Cab rosters are not managed inside Kuzhu, but the shift roster can be exported for the transport vendor.
