Cookie Policy
The cookies Kuzhu sets, what each one is for, and how to refuse them.

The short version
Kuzhu sets the cookies it needs to keep you signed in and to remember the choices you make in the product. There is no advertising network here, and nothing is sold or handed to a data broker.
What we set
- Session cookies. These hold your sign-in. They are marked HttpOnly and Secure, so a script on the page cannot read them, and they are cleared when you sign out.
- Preference storage. Your theme, whether the sidebar is collapsed, and which workspace you last opened. These stay in your browser and never reach us.
- Security cookies. Short-lived values used to prevent cross-site request forgery and to recognise a trusted device during multi-factor sign-in.
What we do not set
No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking pixels, and no third-party analytics that follow you off this site. If that ever changes, this page changes first and you will be asked before anything non-essential is stored.
Refusing them
Every browser can block or delete cookies for a site. Blocking preference storage costs you only the conveniences above. Blocking session cookies means sign-in cannot work — there is no way to keep you authenticated without one, so the product will be unusable rather than merely inconvenient.
Your employer’s workspace
If you are using Kuzhu through your employer, the data in that workspace belongs to them and is handled under our agreement with them. Questions about what is recorded about you at work are best put to your HR team, who control it.
