You find Indian companies with 20 to 250 employees that still run payroll on spreadsheets or a consultant, get them on a call, show them Kuzhu on their own numbers, and take them to a signed plan. You own the pipeline from first message to first invoice.

You own a revenue number for a region or segment, close the larger deals yourself, build a partner channel through CAs and payroll consultants, and coach two to four BDEs to hit theirs. You are the first sales leader on the ground, so what you set up becomes how the company sells.
