Terms of Use

Who this is between

These terms are between UR Technology & Computers Pvt Ltd (“we”) and the company that subscribes to Kuzhu (“you”). If you are using the product because your employer bought it, your employer agreed to these, not you.

What we provide

Access to the modules your plan includes, for the number of employees your plan covers, for as long as you keep paying for it. We may add modules and improve existing ones; we will not remove something you are paying for without telling you well in advance.

What you agree to

• Give accurate company details, and keep your account credentials to yourself.
• Use the product for your own business, not to resell it as your own.
• Put in only data you have the right to put in — the employee data is yours to hold, and you are the one who tells us what to do with it.
• Not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Money

Subscriptions are billed in advance per the plan you chose. Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. An invoice unpaid for 30 days may suspend the account; we will have written to you more than once before that happens.

Your data is yours

You own what you put in. You can export it at any time while the subscription is live, and for 90 days after it ends. We do not hold data hostage over a billing dispute.

Uptime and support

We aim for 99.9% monthly availability, excluding planned maintenance we have told you about. Support is by email and, on the plans that include it, by phone during Indian business hours.

Ending it

You may cancel at the end of any billing period. We may end the agreement if it is being used unlawfully, or if invoices go unpaid after notice. On termination we delete your data on the schedule in the privacy policy.

Liability

We are liable for what the law says we are liable for and no more than the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

If these terms change materially we will tell you at least 30 days before they take effect, and you may cancel if you disagree.

Law
