Business Development Intern
You learn B2B software sales from the inside: researching companies, building lead lists that are actually right, writing the first message, sitting in on demos and, by month two, running your own first calls with a BDE beside you.
What you will do
- Research target segments (factories, retail chains, IT services, clinics) and build verified lead lists
- Write and send outreach on LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp, and keep the responses tracked in the CRM
- Book and prepare discovery calls; join demos and write the follow-up notes
- Help at events and partner meetings in Rajasthan and Gujarat
- Keep a weekly log of what worked and what did not, and present it on Fridays
What we need
- Clear written Hindi and English; you can write a three-line message someone replies to
- Curious about how businesses run: you will spend your days learning how payroll works in a factory
- Available full-time for at least three months in Udaipur
- Comfortable on the phone with strangers, or willing to become so in the first two weeks
Good to have
- Any prior internship in sales, marketing or customer support
- Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar tools
- A commerce, management or engineering background
Pay
A monthly stipend, paid on the same day as salaries, plus incentives on meetings that convert. Strong interns receive a pre-placement offer for the BDE role.
How we hire
- 01
Write to us
An email with your CV and three lines on why this role. No cover letter template, no portal.
- 02
A 30-minute call
With the person you would work with. We talk about the role as it is, and you ask anything.
- 03
A short exercise
For sales roles, a mock discovery call or an outreach plan for a real segment. Takes an evening, not a week.
- 04
Meet the team
An hour in Udaipur or on video with two or three of us. We decide within a week and tell you either way.
