Support Desk
software for Indian businesses

An internal helpdesk for IT, admin, HR and facilities: tickets with categories, owners and SLAs; escalation when the clock runs out; and a record of what keeps breaking — which is how the recurring problem finally gets fixed.

Why it exists

What support desk looks like when it works.

A support desk turns "somebody emailed the boss" into a ticket with an owner and a clock. Kuzhu’s support module runs internal and customer-facing queues: tickets arrive with category and priority, route to the right team, and carry their whole conversation — replies, notes, attachments — in one thread. Nothing lives in a personal inbox where it dies with a vacation.

Priorities and ageing keep the queue honest: what is urgent, what is old, and what is both sits on top. Internal notes let agents confer without the requester seeing the sausage being made; canned responses handle the questions that are genuinely the same; and escalations move a stuck ticket up with its history attached.

The reports close the loop management cares about: volume by category — which product area or policy generates the noise — resolution time by team, and the ageing tail that predicts the next escalation call. For teams supporting their own HR platform rollout, this is also where employee questions in the first month get answered visibly instead of thirty times in parallel.

The outcome

“Requests have owners and deadlines instead of read receipts.”

Ticket categories with their own owners and SLA clocks

Assignment, escalation and internal notes

The requester sees status without asking

Outcome

How it works

From set-up to running, in 5 steps.

Most teams have this live inside the first month — the workspace exists on day one, and week three is a parallel run against whatever you use today.

Step 01Implementation

Open the channels

Tickets from the portal and the app, with category and priority set at the door.

Next phase
Step 02Implementation

Route to owners

Categories map to teams; every ticket has one owner and a visible status from the first minute.

Next phase
Step 03Implementation

Work the thread

Replies to the requester, internal notes between agents, attachments — one conversation, fully recorded.

Next phase
Step 04Implementation

Escalate what sticks

Stuck tickets move up with history attached; the requester sees progress, not silence.

Next phase
Step 05Implementation

Read the pattern

Volume by category, resolution time, ageing — the report that tells you what to fix so tickets stop.

Worth a closer look

The questions that usually decide the deal.

01Buyer question

One thread, whole story

The answer

The support failure mode is fragmentation: half the context in email, half in chat, the fix in someone’s head. Here the ticket is the container — every reply, note and file in order, so a handover or an escalation costs a link, not a briefing. Six months later, "how did we fix this last time" is a search.

02Buyer question

Categories as a product signal

The answer

Ticket categories are cheap to set and priceless in aggregate. The monthly category report is effectively a ranked list of what confuses or breaks — the best free input to your process and product fixes. Teams that read it watch their own volume fall, which is the only support metric that really matters.
